As a working musician, I use the broad spectrum of my interests and experiences to inform and enrichen my contribution to any musical project – from classical to pop, and anything in between or beyond.

As a session musician, I have lent my playing to many recordings and live performances. This is predominantly on Recorder, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Keys.

I have toured globally as a musical director and session musician for artists including Suzi Wu, Honess Jones, Huxlxy, in addition to my own live solo performances.

I have recorded for film and TV on instruments including Recorder, Guitar, Bass.

Recent productions include ‘Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light’ (BBC, 2024), ‘Blackout bei Wellmanns’ (ZDF, 2024), ‘Sweetheart’ (TBC 2025).

I am a member of the early music ensemble Londinium Consort, performing predominantly English music from the 16/17th century, alongside forays into contemporary classical and folk musics of Europe and the Middle East.

In 2023, we premiered Antonino Abate's work "Chi'l Pensò Mai" at Brighton Festival. In 2024 were one of the first early music groups to be invited to perform at the cult Hackney venue MOTH club, and in 2025 we premiere works by Owen Spafford and Delyth Field at Wigmore Hall.

We are proud winners of the 2024/25 New Elizabethan Award, and are Yeomen of the Worshipful Company of Musicians.

I am pleased to offer lessons in Recorder and eCorder instrument.

I teach recorder at Youth Music Centre in North West London.
I am a member of the European Recorder Teachers’ Association.

I have experience with pupils of all ages, with recent teaching being predominantly adult learners. I am able to teach in-person in inner London or remotely via Zoom. I am happy to teach internationally, timezone differences allowing.
I take pride in covering a range of traditional and non-traditional approaches to the instrument, and am happy to cater a lesson plan to your specific goals and interests.
